4. Place Order & Payment
   The buyer places an order and makes payment through the customization link.

5. Production
   The jewelry is produced after payment is confirmed.

6. Final Confirmation & Shipping
   Photos of the finished piece are sent for confirmation, and the item is shipped after approval.
